O DIREITO DOS PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA À FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA: UMA ANÁLISE CRÍTICA
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze how the right of Basic Education teachers to continuing education is guaranteed. To this end, we will review the main normative documents from 1990 to the current CNE/CP Resolution, no. 1/2020, which provides for the National Curricular Guidelines for the Continuing Education of Basic Education Teachers and establishes the Common National Base for the Training of Basic Education Teachers. To achieve the proposed objective, we will base ourselves on Historical-Critical Pedagogy, through the studies of Marsiglia and Martins (2018), Santos and Orso (2020) and Saviani (2021). Based on this, we consider that CNE/CP Resolution, no. 1/2020, as well as previous ones, overvalues the pedagogies of “learning to learn”, which serve the dominant interests, thus corroborating the alienation of individuals. In this context, we must position ourselves in favor of training processes capable of developing the teacher's personality at increasingly higher levels.
