Uma Proposta para Elaboração e Análise de Tarefas de Aprendizagem Profissional
Resumo
No âmbito da formação de professores, é fundamental compreender como os professores mobilizam diferentes conhecimentos para ensinar Matemática e, atrelado a isso, como são geradas Oportunidades de Aprendizagem Profissional (OAP). Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma proposta para Elaboração e Análise de Tarefas de Aprendizagem Profissional com o intuito de subsidiar a identificação de conhecimentos matemáticos e pedagógicos que são revelados nas reflexões ocorridas em um contexto formativo. Apresentamos, com base em teorias e conceitos fundamentados em pesquisas da área, a análise de uma Tarefa de Aprendizagem Profissional (TAP) discutida por professores participantes de um processo formativo, orientado e conduzido por um formador de professores, ocorrido em uma disciplina de mestrado no primeiro semestre de 2018. Como resultados, identificou-se que os professores, quando discutem tarefas matemáticas, refletem sobre como intervir em sala de aula, mobilizam e (re) significam conhecimentos matemáticos para o ensino, bem como, ampliam as possibilidades de atuação em sala de aula.
