BEBÊ-MEDICAMENTO: DIREITO À PRIVACIDADE VS DIVULGAÇÃO NAS MÍDIAS DIGITAIS
Abstract
Children's rights were acquired through social change and international concern with this group. Thus, international declarations came to safeguard such guarantees. However, technologies have evolved, the internet has emerged and the generation of savior siblings. This last case is much publicized by the media in the internet, divulging personal data of those involved. Thus, the present work seeks to analyze the right to privacy and intimacy of these children regarding the dissemination of materials on the Internet. The method used is the deductive and bibliographic analysis, as well as the presentation of online journalistic material from various countries to grant concreteness to the theme.
