Abstract

This article discusses the historical evolution of the organization of didactic work and its relationship with the adoption of active methodologies in the educational context. It begins with a retrospective analysis of the main milestones and challenges faced in different periods in the history of education, from oral practices in classical societies to complex contemporary structures. The role of innovative practices and active methodologies in pedagogical renewal stands out. Next, the connection between historical evolution and teacher training is explored, emphasizing the importance of preparing educators to deal with the demands of contemporary education. The article also analyzes the influence of technologies on the organization of teaching work, based on the perspectives of Skinner, Moreira Junior and Dermival Saviani. Finally, it concludes with the importance of integrating technologies and adopting active methodologies in training citizens prepared for the challenges of the 21st century. This article is based on an extensive bibliographic review, including works by Comenius, Ferrière, Claparède, Valdemarin, Skinner, Moreira Junior, Dermival Saviani, Bacich, among others.
