INCENTIVES OF BRAZILIAN AND PORTUGUESE LEGISLATION ON THE USE OF CLEAN TECHNOLOGIES IN RELATION TO SOLID URBAN WASTE
Abstract
The aim of this research paper is to analyze, in a comparative way, Brazilian and Portuguese legislation regarding the incentive of the use and development of clean technologies in relation to solid urban waste. Furthermore, this research paper analyzed the way in which legal systems operate in relation to environmental issues, which sometimes operate with rules of a protective and repressive nature and sometimes operate with rules of a promotional aspect. Also, there was an exposition of the importance of promotional norms regarding financial, economic and incentive aspects of the use of clean technologies. Faced with the crucial need to balance development and the environment, clean technologies emerge as an excellent mechanism for this complex task. In conclusion, it can be noted that good practices in dealing with solid urban waste can be global examples of how to reduce environmental impacts during the production cycle. There will be use of the deductive method, qualitative research and scientific articles on the subject in question.
