UM VOO SOBRE AS ESCOLAS CRIMINOLÓGICAS E SUAS POSSÍVEIS CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A ANÁLISE DE PROGRAMAS DE REMIÇÃO DA PENA PELA LEITURA NO BRASIL
Abstract
This study reflects on the possible contributions of criminological schools to the remission of the penalty for reading. Specifically, it aims to show relevant theoretical support for practices of analysis, planning and implementation of such remission programs. A panoramic systematization (a panoramic flight) is carried out on criminological schools, seeking an organized analysis of their characteristics and the respective implications for the understanding of the purposes and guidelines that should conduct the remission policies. As main results, theoretical subsidies are organized in the field of criminology to ascertain the effectiveness of the Remição da Pena pela Leitura Program as an instrument of criminal policy and educational assistance in the State of Goiás. Such criminological subsidies must be considered along with the references of contemporary constitutionalism, with the constitutional model of process represented by the 1988 Constitution and with the approach of public policy cycles.
