Abstract
This article aims to analyze, through a case study, the relationship between the implementation of a public policy and the use of the structural judicial process. The problem developed will be: To what extent can the structural process intervene in environmental public policies, without offending the principle of separation of powers? Based on this problem, the following hypothesis is developed: It is possible to use the structural process in the contribution of the institution of environmental public policies without offending the principle of separation of powers. Thus, the logical-deductive method will be used in academic research, through case studies, especially the case of Serra da Capivara National Park.
