Abstract
The article aims to delve into the training of nursing professionals, identifying current pedagogical processes and challenges in teaching amidst the significant technological demand and the growing methodological strategies. A qualitative, descriptive, and narrative approach was used to showcase the characteristics of different processes marked by various perspectives. Documents from scientific databases indexed in Scopus, Scielo, and Dialnet were reviewed to ensure the quality of the information. This list was then filtered using a data matrix, resulting in a sample of 30 documents that provided significant results. The findings highlighted difficulties in the pedagogical training of teachers and resistance to the incorporation of technologies, despite these proving to be more effective and improving the quality of education. The need to adapt curricula emphasized, integrating clinical simulation from universities to bridge the gap between theory and practice, preparing students for the challenges of the modern healthcare environment.
