LAND REGULARIZATION IN THE STATE OF AMAZONAS

Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze and identify the main mechanisms related to land regularization in the State of Amazonas and what their main challenges are. The methodology used in this research was the deductive method; as for the means, bibliographic and documentary research was used; As for the purposes, the research was qualitative in nature. The conclusion reached was that, despite the existence of land regularization mechanisms in Amazonas, such as the Terra Legal Program (Law 11,952/2009), there is a need for greater interest on the part of the Public Administration, especially the executive branch, to carry out joint actions to regularize and register existing rural properties in the State of Amazonas
