REFLECTIONS OF HUMANIST CAPITALISM, THE INTEGRITY PROGRAM AND BUSINESS ETHICS ON OBJECTIVE 8 OF THE UN DECLARATION OF THE 2030 AGENDA

Abstract

The integrity and business ethics program mark the company as a citizen, because, in addition to fulfilling its social function, they aim to follow the legislation, internal policies, ethical conduct and behavior, and with the impact of humanist capitalism, guarantee and act with respect to human rights and the dignity of the human person, making it possible to achieve objective 8 of the UN Agenda 2030. Based on this assumption, the objective of the article is to analyze the reflections of humanist capitalism and the achievement of objective 8 of the declaration of the 2030 agenda of the UN, in the integrity program of the private sphere and in business ethics, as well as to answer the question: which the reflection of humanist capitalism and the achievement of objective 8 of the declaration of the 2030 agenda of the UN, in the program of integrity of the private sphere and in business ethics? Identifying that the impact that humanist capitalism can make possible the achievement of objective 8 of the UN Agenda 2030 with regard to the integrity program and business ethics is the Universal respect of Human Rights and Human Dignity, that is , address in the integrity program actions that aim at and guarantee Human Rights, the Dignity of the Human Person, well-being at work, and ethical conduct and behavior that are consistent so that these Rights, which are guaranteed by the Brazilian Federal Constitution, are not violated, investigation mediated by bibliographical and qualitative research.

Realizou estágio Pós-Doutoral na Universidade de Coimbra (2015/2016).
